The structure of this proposal was attractive to me as it provided nice checks and balances. A bare minimum resource stream in SBD should be abailable to the Foundation so that they could at least budget for important projects which could not raise funds for whatever reasons. Some single didget percentage of the steem inflation or reward pool would be my suggestion or even the dust amount that is presently returned to the reward pool, so long as the Foundation has some guaranteed revenue stream.
