Before I decide to enter, last time when you signed me up a few months ago for 2 shares (if I remember correctly) I hadn't received the increase in upvote from sbi. I should have told you this back then but I let it go and then forgot.
I think something went wrong on their end because I remember you paying for the shares. Can you check with them what happened?
I also remember paying a share for someone and they didn't receive it either. I didn't bother to investigate it back then either.
@direwolf I appreciate your concern, but I haven't heard, or read from anyone that the system isn't working.
All the transactions that I have made, seems to be working, but of course I'm being hit with the same issues, voting value isn't going up that much, but there is an explanation for that..the last couple of months, the value of STEEM has only been declining, thus upvote value being smaller...That is why I think the time is right, for me at least to add as many shares as possible, it's cheap now with the low STEEM price, hoping that the price will increase later on, so the upvotes I get will get higher as well..

You are in the SBI2 pool, just like me..
I have sometimes experienced some delays, sometimes I get registrered a day or two before the people I have signed up...But it seems to work!
