I've been out for a while, trying to outmuscle the challenges that life has thrown my way over the past couple of months.
That was a nice April fools prank, what really caught my eyes was the dates.
Hope you're well! I'm not sure in how many countries April 1st is a joke day; I suspect many around the world are "unprepared" for fake-joke-news ;-) and therefore get pranked!
Over the years the pranks have reduced because of the effects it had on people.
Some of the pranks have led to death and so on so it's been fairly curtailed over the past 5 years or so in Nigeria.
mmm... Steem had its very own April Fool's jest, yet a few people took it seriously - no harm done, hopefully.
With so much slanted propaganda and fake news it's also hard to tell when news sites run a spoof.
