The health care system is one key industry that always draws great attention. A lot of works are being put every now and then to improve this area, because it is always between life and death. Having money is important, but good health care is more important. Good health care definitely has not gone round the world especially in the third world country. How do we then make it possible.. CURES platform is the answer. CURES has looked at the health care system and perceive it can get to that rural area the way the internet did, CURES desire is to decentralize the health care system and empower all the stakeholders involved. The Medical service providers, patient, equipment suppliers and Health App providers. Strength
The above 6 points are good and can take this project to all length once the implementation process is initiated properly with the right team. One good thing that will also sustain this project is the industry it will be used on. The health care is huge and has a big market. It can accommodate and innovation provide it is positive. It left stakeholders with this flexibility that everyone wants especially the patients so this is a strong indication of sustainability of this project.
Weakness
The reachability of the project might not be covered as described, but this can be achieved if the team work hard and cover that area. Another aspect is, if the stakeholders especially the Patients can be able to understand the Dapp and key into what it offers. This the team have to do extensive marketing and media lectures to explain to people the benefits and usage og the platform.
Opportunity
Like I earlier mentioned the opportunity of this platform abounds, especially because it has to do with the health system. Once there are innovation that reduce, minimise and proffer solution of people’s health care they will always key into it. With health care everyone is involved including government making policies that will favor the process.
Threat
There are other platforms I have seen that are coming up with same idea, but convener of an idea always matters. This could bring competition but provided the team keeps to its 6 solid points of this project they will succeed. There is a possibility of a staff compromising the whole process. This can be checked by the team to be sure such never happens.
