YOU Too Can Make It!

Hello everyone,

People tend to give up easily whenever they feel it is impossible to achieve a certain life goal. They always look at the situation surrounding their family, environment, personal life, and they say to themselves;

"Oh! This is not for me!"
"Oh! I can never achieve this!"
"Oh! I am not educated enough!"
"Oh! This! Oh! That!

I woke up to the Tiger Woods news this morning and it got me thinking. This is a man many sports analysts have written off. And this is a man many thought he was history, gone, and forgotten for good, but he proved them all wrong yesterday with his 5th Masters Championship title. The amazing thing was he never believed what people said about him because he only believed in himself. Imagine, how hard it was for him to read on the pages of the newspaper those awful words. In life, there is nothing you cannot achieve if you put your mind to it irrespective of anyone thinks.

Being successful and outstanding in life takes only YOU & GOD! You are the one to push yourself, it doesn't matter what qualification or limitations you have. What matters is the fact you believe you can make it. The truth is people will always try to bring you down which is OK if you ask me, after all, it's a free world where people are allowed to feel/think whichever way they dim fit, but the question is, will you allow those talks get to You? Will you allow what they think stop you from becoming who you want to become in life? It is up to you to decide, the ball is in your court.

But just in case, you are willing to push through life, listen to this; Don't Ever think you don't have what it takes to be great. Don't Ever think circumstances can bring you down! Always remember you are created to be big & do exploits. Stop thinking you are not smart enough to achieve your goals, stop saying everyone is better than You! Stop assuming things and stop giving up on yourself.

Today, we read stories of great men who have achieved a lot in their lifetime. Have you ever cared to read up stories of how they started? 70% of those men and women were once like you. They had nothing to work with! Most of them started from the bottom, but Today, they have become a household name. Why do you think you cannot achieve the same? Do they have two heads? They were able to achieve all of that simply because they refused to give up on their dreams. They refused to listen to side talks especially from those who intentionally wanted to see them fail. They believed in their ability even when they lacked in certain areas, they chose to work on it in order to be better.

Nobody is perfect! We are all working towards perfection even God understands this perfectly. So, you don't need to obtain perfection to be great. You can still make it irrespective of your imperfection, what matters is your willingness to learn and work on yourself. Stop the self-pity, you do not need It! Stop making excuses for yourself. Oh! I have failed a couple of times! It is not a big deal just move on the next one. It is not the number of times you've fallen/failed that matters rather how often do you stand back on your feet after each fall.

A mistake is bound to happen! Things happen! It's no news, it is not a problem and never will except you let it. No one has it all figured out not even the experts! Failure is inevitable as long as you're human, but this shouldn't be an excuse to stop pushing. Never allow others to talk you out of the things you want to achieve or who you want to become. One thing everybody loves is a success. People do not care what you went through to achieve your dreams and one thing everyone hates is someone who is considered a failure but this should not also stop You! Do not listen to the name calling! Let them talk for all you care! One thing is certain when you become successful, those people who called you names will be begging for your attention. Such is life!

"Do not make excuses!"
"Get up & get to work! You too can make It!"

Yes, it won't be an easy road, but hey! We will all get through It! Nothing good comes easy remember? So, be prepared to sweat your way up because you won't get to your destination on a platter of gold, you have to work your way up! Hard work plays a key role here. Put away laziness and procrastination. I pray God will help us achieve all our life goals through Christ, amen!
