Money been an instrument of exchange is meant to serve our purposes, not to place above us like it really matters. God is the primary object of human desire, not money. Therefpre should be the centre of our lives not money.

The bible tells to "strive and seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (matthew 6:31-33).Develop a righteous and pure heart. Indeed, righteousness is true wealth for it is the possesion of God's ways.

To shun money is to see it as man's greatest desire to be acquired by all means. If we seek money with such a disposition, it will bring us trouble. Money can become an idol in our lives if we pursue it with unrestrained desire. We live in a society that is excessively materialistic.

The worth of the human person is calculatex in the scale if money, and people begin to relate with such persons based on their monetary value.

Money is meant to serve our need, not to dictate our lives. Let us not allow our happiness to be dependent on how much money we posses but should be dependent on God.
