PRINCIPLE OF CHURCH GROWTH

• Church does not grow by itself, but rather their members are core values. Growth is Holistic
  

Church grows through system and peoples.

God said you will be rewarded.

This is not the number of houses and cars, but rather the souls you win for Christ

• Systems

1. You have to send people who are ready for the work. (HOME AND HOUSE)

2. Good and quality sermons (preachers and singers)

• who's responsibility is it to ensure the growth of a Church
  Mathew 28:18

After everything we do as Christians the very important that we do is preach the word of God. In the book of Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest parts of the earth.
Note something here the power is giving to us, is to be his witness .but one must be ready to bring the message for the sinner to believe.

How are they to call on one they have not believe in? And how are they to believe in one they have not heard of? And how are they to hear without someone preaching to them?
And how are they to preach unless they are sent? How timely is the arrival of those who proclaim the good news. Beloved of God we must be ready to go out to preach the goodnews.

Good and quality sermon .Jesus said in one of his sermon that the word that I have spoken they are spirit and are life .The gospel is message of life, what we need is life they is nothing that supersede life. The good news is of a quality that the mind can't understand, going out there the type of message is very important.
The kingdom is like a Merchant ,you need to present your good in a way we can first like.
Preacher preach Christ crucified and nothing more.
