Jesus wants to enter our homes.
Today more than ever there is a need for God in the houses, because today more than ever there is a ruthless attack against the family. Satan is loosed, he throws all his army to destroy him, but for this purpose, even the powerful of the earth do their part, promulgating unjust laws and oppressing people instead of alleviating them.
The current economic situation, which forces many to work even on Sundays to raise some money, reminds us of what happened to the people of Israel, a slave in Egypt, when Pharaoh forced him to work harder, taking time away.
In our time, we are witnessing a widespread tendency to sin, the ruin of a high percentage of marriages and the great suffering of children who live as a separation of grief between parents.
The new tendencies marked by relativism strongly undermine the institution of the family. Today the family is going through a very serious crisis, young people are stranded, they do not have a guide that gives them security, they have the example of a society guilty of sin, they witness a reversal of roles in families, in which in many cases the violence is consummated and even the homicide.
In schools we begin to teach that you can have two dads or two mothers. In the face of so much devastation, we must react with a life of prayer, so that unjust laws are not approved and because of a holy fear among the hearts of children and all heads of families.
Psalm 128 says:
1 Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways. 2 When you eat the work of your hands, Blessed are you, and it will be well with you. 3 Your wife will be like a vine bearing fruit on the sides of your house, your children like olive plants around your table. 4 Behold, thus shall the man that is afraid of Jehovah be blessed.5 The LORD blesses you from Zion, and see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life, 6 And see the children of your sons. Peace be upon Israel.
The Scripture says that in the last times there will be a great manifestation of selfishness.
2 Timothy 3: 1-6
1 You must also know this: that in the last days will come dangerous times, 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, greedy, vainglorious, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, ungodly, 3 without natural affection, implacable , slanderers, intemperate, cruel, haters of the good, 4 traitors, impetuous, infatuated, lovers of delights more than of God, 5 having the appearance of piety, but deny the efficacy; of them they separated. 6 In the number of these, in fact, there are those who enter houses and seduce women with sins, full of sins, dominated by various passions.
How many terrible sins will characterize the last times! We must run to cover ourselves, but we can do it only with Jesus. If our family is not converted or is not part of it, we must begin to wait, because Jesus wants to come to our house to bless it, as he did with Zacchaeus.

Zacchaeus was a thief and a bad person, but he was moved by what he had heard about Jesus and, as he wanted to know him, he thought of climbing a tree to see him in his path. Jesus took advantage of his desire and took the initiative to visit his house.

And his presence changed the heart of Zacchaeus...
Luke 19: 8
But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord: Sir, I give half of my goods to the poor and, if I have defrauded someone, I will give back four times more ...
He also brought salvation to his whole family.
Luke 19: 9-10
9 And Jesus said to him, Today has come salvation to this house, because even this is the son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and save what was lost.
If there is something lost or destroyed in our lives, let us remember that Jesus comes to save and restore, but before changing our unconverted family, He wants to change us, so that we become His instruments and bring His light to our house!
God's plan is to bless the families of the earth but also satan has his plan and is to destroy it, so we must be attentive to the various situations that today adversely affect families and focus on the mercy of God, certainly today society is immersed in a crisis of anti-values that have plunged into the practice of disenchantment and pessimism as a result it seems that selfishness and all practices of evil are considered values to survive in this time
