Happiness is within your reach

In recent issues of an evangelical church on the theme "happiness", an investigation carried out in the United States about what makes people happier was disclosed. 450 thousand Americans were investigated and one of the results was the identification of three components for a happy life: to believe in God; have a good family relationship; and have financial stability. Ask yourself: Are you happy? Based on different biblical texts we can affirm that the result of the investigation is in full harmony with the Word of God. Let's reflect on three principles for a happy life:
Place Jesus at the center of his life.
The research showed that a primary factor for happiness is the spiritual issue. Without God, life loses its meaning. And in Jesus we have the hope of a full life. Even in the face of unfavorable perspectives, He leads us to a life of blessing and peace.
In Christ we were blessed with spiritual blessings because we were chosen for, in that time called NOW, to be adopted as Children of the Most High God. The Word teaches us that God has given His only Son so that we can enjoy eternal life. Jesus is the key to a happy life. Invite him to assume command and control of his life.
Love your family and separate time for it.
One of the aspects that has undermined the possibility of people being happy is disharmony in the home. Discord can enter through several doors: incompatibilities, divergences, different dreams and projects. The Word of God alerts us: "Will two walk together if they do not agree?".
The fact is that we all belong to a family that we do not choose and nothing can change that reality. But there is not always unity in the home. There are families that only live under the same roof, but they do not relate.
What prevails is individualism. And we need to remember that relationships are not deepened without investing time. Establish as a priority to invest quality time in family communion. Place Jesus in the center of your family.
Conquer financial stability.
It is unquestionable that financial problems cause tensions, frictions, anxieties, headaches and many other disastrous consequences that undermine peace and generate unhappiness. What causes financial imbalances? How to achieve balance? Passing your life on biblical principles you will have some "keys" to open the doors of prosperity:
Fidelity: God affirms his decision to bless with prosperity those who are faithful.
The wisdom: Wisdom will prevent you from making hasty decisions and that can generate financial losses and worries.
Dedication: The Bible teaches us to do everything as if we were doing it for God and not for men. Follow the example of Jesus. Inspire yourself in it and conquer your dreams.
God created us for happiness. And the path to being trite so that you will become happier every day is to nourish your spirit with Faith in God through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior; value his family, dedicating time and care and deciding to establish high standards of fidelity, wisdom and dedication to lead his life in the principles that God himself established. With Christ it is possible to be happier every day. Invite him to lead his life on paths of peace and happiness.
"I have always set the Lord before me; because it is at my right hand, I will not be moved. Therefore my heart was glad, and my soul rejoiced; my flesh will also rest confidently; because you will not leave my soul in Sheol, nor will you allow your saint to see corruption. You will show me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; Delights to your right forever. "
