PROBLEM CHRISTIAN FACE AFTER REPENTANCE
Greetings to you all wonderful people of steem and welcome to the official blog of @charleswealth.
Today I want to point out something that has been of a big concern to Christians generally and mainly to those yet to give their live to Christ. This has been what they ponder on and deliberate on this for a very long time making it look as if serving God is a difficult thing while it's something very easy if only we understand.
When a Christian finally decides to give his or her life to Christ h or she is faced with 3 problems that they are;-
- PROBLEMS OF ASSURANCE
- PROBLEM OF DAILY LIVING
LET ME START WITH THE FIRST ONE
THE PROBLEM OF ASSURANCE
Christians are faced with problems of assurance in the sense that after giving their life to Christ, they are still in doubt wanting to be sure if truly God has accepted them as His children. Societal factor also helps in spreading this problem whereby the people around them will might be making mockery of them I'm one way or the other. And also will in so many ways be looking out for faults in their lives to see they make mistakes, and will be tempting them.
(A) We must understand that the assurance for salvation is not about our feelings or about what we think or about what people say. We have to believe the record of God. The assurance for our salvation is in the Word of God 1 John 5:11-13.
(B) Our assurance is from the word of God Psalm 119:89.
If the word of God is settled in heaven then it is settled in your life and heart. Let God's word be truth over everything we need to build our believe system based on God's word. Believe God's word is the way it is.
PROBLEM OF DAILY LIVING
The same Jesus Christ that saved you is still the same Jesus that will keep you. He who saved you is faithful to keep you. Meaning the saving grace is the keeping grace Gal 2:20
The law of substitution says Jesus took our sins and gave us His righteousness, exchange of sin to life.
Jesus will control only the area of our life that we give Him to control, therefore lets give Him every area of our life to control and not part of our life.
Give Jesus your body soul and Spirit. The devil is forceful bit Jesus is not, He is peaceful.
