FAITH IS SPIRITUAL AND NOT RATIONAL

Hebrews 11:1
NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].
[3]By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

It's by faith that God created heaven and earth. He spoke and they were manifested. That's the God's kind of faith. That kind of faith that's confirmed through your confession, you declare it even when it seems irrational. Faith is seing possibility in impossibility. When it has a tendency, it's no longer faith, when it's justified rationally, it's no longer faith, when you can predict the outcome, it's no longer faith.

Heb 11:1 'Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen'. Genuine faith is the product of God's spirit in you. If the inner man is weak, a faithless Christian is produced and a powerless faith will be manifested.

God has placed in us power and might which is activated by our faith. We can only use the power within us to cause mountains(problems) in our lives to move or be cast out only if our faith is activated.

Matthew 17:20
He said to them, Because of the littleness of your faith [that is, your lack of firmly relying trust]. For truly I say to you, if you have faith [that is living] like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.
