Hello Steemians,

Today, I want to tell you about something you may or may not have heard. But you probably didn't understand it very well.
Life in Christ

In the beginning, man was made in God's image to fellowship and have close relationship with him. But all that changed when man fell.

Man was banished from the presence of the Lord and there was a disconnect between God and Man.

For centuries, Man reached God through blood sacrifice of animals.

God yearned to reconnect with man; And it needed to be a blood sacrifice. Then the biggest sacrifice was made - Jesus

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3: 16

The Crucifixion of Christ was the sacrifice to be made in order for man to reconnect with God on a father- child basis.

God sent his only son, Jesus to pay the price to redeem Man to God. As any that believe in Him shall be saved.

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.
2 Corinthians 5: 21

God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us
Romans 5: 8

All you need to do is believe! Yes, believe in the finished work of Christ and you'll be exposed to this new wonderful world in Christ.

If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Romans 10:9-10
