Steemchurch- Fruitful Faith.

The importance of faith in the life of a believer cannot be over flogged.Faith by which we receive something from God is so important that it should be applied in our everyday life and everything we do.

What is faith??

Faith can be referred to as the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Faith is a supernatural gift of God which makes us to believe without doubting what God has revealed to us.
God is faithful and that is why he honours the faith of his children.
The bible says, that it is impossible to please God without faith.

How can ones Faith be Fruitful.
There are some instances in the bible where people had faith but not in God and the result was failure and frustration. For example, the prophet of baal(1kings18:16-29) had faith but not in the true God.

For faith to be fruitful, it must be built on Christ. Every belief therefore that is not on Christ the Solid Rock is useless and dangerous.

To have Fruitful Faith, we also need to study the word of God.

Romans10:17 says "Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God".

During the study of the word of God, the promises of his children are revealed.

Finally for us to have fruitful faith, one must stay away from sin.

GOD WILL GIVE US THE GRACE TO HAVE FRUITFUL FAITH. IN JESUS NAME. AMEN!!
