So we last talked about how in our quest to acquire and sustain healthy relationships we should not fall prey to the whims and caprices of the devil and as such we began to talk about how we can ensure an effective discourse bysetting up boundaries focused on the four main categorisations, that is; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. We began by delineating on Physical and Mental boundaries and today we are going to talk about emotional and spiritual boundaries.

Emotional Boundaries
It is very necessary for us to subject our emotions to control, our brain is such a powerful instrument so much so that if left to its will it may not lead you to the best of places, as such we must know that unguarded emotions and feelings would always lead one to dangerous places. However, if we set up boundaries it helps us to deal with our own emotions and estrange ourselves from the harmful, manipulative emotions of our own and others.

Spiritual Boundaries
Most often than not, Christians focus so much on being loving and altruistic that they forget that they even have limits and limitations. It is for this reason why we need spiritual boundaries, this way we would be able to distinguish God's Will from our own personal desires and with a constant renewal of the mind give awe and glory to our creator.
