THE PROPOSAL OF A SOLIDARITY GOD

in #steemchurch6 years ago

Hello to all my brothers and friends... Looking out the window of a car, I read the following phrase on the back glass of another car: "Love is over, Nobody is for anyone". I thought about it and said, this is not true. There is always someone in solidarity who listens to you, trusts you, helps you and blesses your day!

Solidarity is one of the human values that reveal the good actions of people, and is defined as mutual collaboration and that feeling that keeps people together at all times, especially when they live hard moments.

Textually in the Holy Scriptures, you will not get the word SOLIDARITY, but speak of justice and love. The Bible transmits the message of a God who goes out to meet his people, to free him, to lead him to a dignified life, and to ensure that his project of justice and dignity for all is fulfilled.

Throughout the Bible, I do not see a man looking for God, but God seeking man!

God wants justice, peace and freedom for his children, for his people. When Jesus (God of life) touches earth, he transmits a universal proposal that comes to us to show us the way to the Kingdom. He reveals that the Kingdom is a project of justice and life for all men. This is the will of God and this is his proposal.

To serve the Kingdom and collaborate in its construction,
Jesus invites us to live the commandment of love and solidarity.

This love is materialized in everyday life in compassionate and caring attitudes towards others, especially towards those who suffer or are marginalized from society. Many biblical texts of the New Testament explain to us what it is to live love, from the gaze of Jesus:

"I give you a new commandment: to love one another, you must love one another as I have loved you, and in this you will recognize that you are my disciples: that you love one another."
Juan. 13: 34-35

"If one says:" I love God "and hates his brother, he is a liar, if he does not love his brother, whom he sees, he can not love God, whom he does not see.
For this is the commandment that we receive from him: he who loves God, also loves his brother. "
1 John 4: 20-21

I have never conceived, how can any Christian be so calm watching his companions fall. A good soldier, always helps his partner.

In Jesus' time, society was characterized by social, religious, and political groups. Mutual aid among the group members was common, but the relationship between the groups was not so simple or open.
There were groups considered impure, with which they did not come into contact.

Solidarity, as a fraternal relationship, of interest, care and mutual help among the members of the group, was very strong. But there was also a very marked selfishness of the group, which led to despise, many times, those who did not belong to the group of one.

This is why Jesus opposed these fragments of society. He went out of his own religious, social and cultural group, to embrace the entire human race as his brothers and sisters, as well as his relatives and neighbors. The Old Testament commandment to love one's neighbor had always been interpreted in the sense of living in solidarity with those who were close, the members of the social group.

You will not go gossiping among your people. You will not attempt against the life of your neighbor. I am Jehovah. You shall not abhor your brother in your heart; you will reason with your neighbor, so that you do not participate in his sin. You shall not take vengeance, nor bear a grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.
Leviticus 19: 16-18

For a long time it was heard: "Love your neighbor and hate your enemy". Our Lord Jesus Christ changed this concept: "Love your enemies" ... What a great example !. True?

Any other human being, not of my group, including those who are your enemies, who hate you, those who offend you (Lk 6, 27-35). In other words, the value for Jesus is not the solidarity of a group, but human solidarity. Let us always remember this, dear brothers.

It is this basic loyalty to the human race that makes me a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ, who identified with all human beings. "Everything you do with the least of my brothers will do to me."

One of the goals of a faithful follower of God, is to discover Christ in another human being and see beyond the things we have in common. This is Christian love, divine compassion, that is what led the good Samaritan to do what he did to a socially despised man.

For Jesus, concrete love passes through solidarity with those around us, starting with those who suffer and are excluded from society. The proof of our love for God and the adherence to his project is verified by the ability to be in solidarity with others: to feel sorry for his situation and act to change it.

The parable of the Good Samaritan teaches us that love of neighbor starts from being close to the one who suffers. God wants us to be able to generate life for all.

Soon I ask you: Will you join the crusade for freedom?

Solidarity is a fundamental value for the Christian, we can not stop making mercy and be in solidarity with our neighbor, this translates into what is prescribed by Jesus who gives to the poor, he lends me, and there is no greater treasure than this, the friend who gives his life for his brother.

Thanks @SC-V for the contribution, as someone said: God will not ask you how many shoes you had, but, how many feet did you fit! .. We have an arduous task to execute steemchurch-Venezuela

Solidarity is one of the most important and essential human values of all, solidarity is what a person does when another needs their help, solidarity is the collaboration that someone can provide to be able to finish a particular task, is that feeling that feels and makes you want to help others with no intention of receiving something in return.

Nice comment, thanks for contributing with my publication.

we as Christians always prophesy that God is love, so our duty as children of God, is to give that same love to our neighbor, just as God gave his son on the cross of Calvary for love of us, so we must be with our I love that pure and sincere love that gives without hoping to recirb something in return. God bless you my dear brother @emiliocabrera thank you for this word.

Thank you dear Brother @mosdad, Example gave us the Lord. Greetings and blessings.

This is @emiliocabrera, if we have the love of God, and his nature is in us, therefore we are supportive, with those who need it. not all has been lost ... we are the children of God to make a difference so we honor our beautiful Heavenly Father, but when we do the opposite, we dishonor him and with our attitudes towards others, we show that God is not in us , thank you for sharing your experience in what you read, love is the essence of our God and we have this feeling in us, brother blessings.

Our God is the most loving and merciful God. He always shows us love and mercy and He expects us to show the same to our fellows in our daily journey

Amen, thank you for contributing to my publication.

beautiful word brother, the main thing `to identify a Christian is mercy and love for his neighbor, it is impossible for a person transformed by God not to practice the value of solidarity.

This is my dear sister @xiore. Thanks for contributing to my publication.

Solidarity is an expression of love, that does not include anyone, a genuine love so united to the other that it does not expect any reward. Jesus practiced solidarity as an expression of the soul and a constant attitude that must be present today.
In fact, the gospel is, therefore, a constant call to this lifestyle based on solidarity love. God bless you @emiliocabrera.

Excellent contribution, God has prepared his people in love and wisdom, Thank you dear sister @ricci01. God bless you.
