Psalm 85 1:3
1 You, Lord, showed favor to your land;
you restored the fortunes of Jacob.
2 You forgave the iniquity of your people
and covered all their sins.
3 You set aside all your wrath
and turned from your fierce anger.

Dear friends
Justice and Peace have embraced each other. In this psalm the work of Christ is described as a kind of link between heaven and earth, a cooperation between God and man.
He is the fullness of God and the fruit of our earth. When we are disconcerted by so many ugly things, injustice and violence that happen in the world, perhaps we are forgetting that our earth remains, in spite of everything, loved by God and that his Glory dwells in it.
Interpreted this psalm as a foretaste of God's plans with his servant Jesus, humiliated to death on the Cross. Let us stop, then, in this stanza as a prayer that Christ - the poor but faithful servant - addresses his Father and then the accents of supplication and confidence of this psalm will signal the rhythm of our prayer in this new journey.
In both happy moments and adversities, the Lord never ceases to implore his Father with great insistence. Poor, helpless, rigorously faithful servant, friend of his Father to whom he returns love for love, nobody has a better title than He to be heard. More than any other, Jesus prays with confidence because he knows his kindness and his love: Bow your ear, Lord, my Father, and listen to me.
And this love of Jesus to his Father was a priestly love, that is, a love that glorifies and a love that immolates itself; a love that redeems and saves; a love that had its crown on Calvary and that is perpetuated in the Holy Sacrifice of the Altar.

It's good to be by your side, Lord, it's good to live with you. Lord, it is even better to have the certainty that you are with me in life, by your grace, by your love.
It is good to be sure that my face must also be a transfigured face illuminated, resplendent as you transform me.
