"What do you mean?" exclaimed Nicodemus."How can an old man go back into his mother's womb and be born again?"Jesus replied, "I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.
Dear Friends
The central key of the mystery of every Christian is his new birth in Christ Jesus. This allows us to approach the Father and brings us the presence of the Holy Spirit comforting in our lives.
To be born again is to die for the passions of the world and the desires of the flesh; and be resurrected in Christ Jesus; this, in other words, is to leave the world of sin, where the "old man" is full of vices and become a new creature, full of holiness and obedience to God.
To be born of water (water is the Bible) is to grow in the knowledge of God and to abandon the life of sin, of vices, of bad habits, of human traditions, of rumbas, of alcohol, of adoration of images, of worship of the dead, of lies, of vulgar words, of pride, of vanity, of immodesty, of injustice and above all of indifference to God.
To be born of the Spirit, is to receive in the heart (temple) the Holy Spirit of God, maintaining a life of obedience and holiness, so that He does not leave this temple. This Spirit is the one who places in the person the seal of redemption, with which the true children of God are recognized. This seal will be sought by angels in men, when Jesus Christ comes for his chosen ones.

What does it mean that Christ is King of our lives?
When we are born again, then we are no longer obedient to the world, but to Christ Jesus. In this new order of life, Christ is our King, because we only adore Him and obey Him.
May the grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of the Father and the communion with the Holy Spirit be with us. Amen
