PRAISE GOD FOR THIS NEW MONTH

Good day all parishioners, hope you all are doing great? I welcome you all into another month of breakthrough,,the month of October. We all bless God for His faithfulness since the beginning of the year(JANUARY-SEPTEMBER), though,it is not easy but we just need to glorify His holy name in our lives. Many started with us but they are no more,,some even saw the first day of this month but where are they? It is just His grace and mercy that He has kept us till now. All we need to do His to praise Him. Let the living soul shout Halleluyah!!!

Psalm 150:6,
"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord."

The main reason why God created us is to praise Him,He created human beings,animals,fishes,waters,trees etc just for the purpose of praising Him. God delights in those that praise Him and because He has given us the breathe of life,it is to worship and praise Him. We say living things are things that has life and some of the characteristics of them are;

• Movement
• Respiration
• Nutrition
• Irritability
• Growth
• Excretion
• Reproduction
• Competition
• Adaptation
• Death
  All these are the qualities of living things,and because we can do all these listed above,then we need to praise Him. There are some who cannot do all these things,yet they still praise God with what they have,but you can perform all these,,don't you think you should praise Him? Praise God for who He is in your life and let Him also be glad for His creation. Many are out there that don't appreciate the faithfulness of God over their lives,,they simply are saying God doesn't deserve this praises. He made them to become who they are but yet,they still find it difficult to praise Him. God is not happy because it makes Him feel bad for creating them. Even trees,plants and animals do praise God. He never collected a dime from us but what is His food? It is praise,,,what does it take from you to thank God for your life. Many wish to be in that position as you but they have no choice but because you are ungrateful,you decide not to praise Him.

REASONS WHY WE SHOULD PRAISE GOD

• Number one reason is because it is only the living that can praise Him. The dead cannot open their mouth to praise God but when you praise Him,He makes you alive to continue praising Him because He knows you can only do that when you are alive. Psalm 115:17-18

• It is a command from the Lord to praise Him. Psalm 150:6

• For any living thing that doesn't praise God,,,you are indirectly telling God that you are not opportuned to be alive.

• One of the greatest and powerful weapon to fight the enemies and enter into His gates is through praising God.

• When you praise Him,you are glorifying Him

• Finally,,it takes us into God's court. Psalm 100:4

Brethren,,I want you to continue praising God so He can always keep you alive to do more. This new month should be to praise Him. We only have two months for the year to come to an end and for Him to make way for you,it is praises He need from you. Thanks
