There is the story of a woman who was living in the husband's family house with all her in-laws. Of course you know that when you marry and stay in the family house, your story will be an agony of tears! This woman's bedroom was downstairs and her husband's bedroom was upstairs, next to mother-in-law's bedroom. Each time she wanted to see her husband at night, the mother-in-law would block the way. Then she decided that instead of quarrelling always with the mother-in- law, she would handle the matter in the spirit realm. She declared a 3 days fast (Matt 17:21), and violently prayed like a mad woman night and day! Call it, "holy madness", but that was her only option! She broke the fast with an agreement with a man of God. By the time she got home, she met her husband fighting with his mother! She had to 'plead' and 'settle' the serious quarel! After the fight however, the husband started apologizing to her and made sure his mother moved downstairs, while she (the wife), moved upstairs! Things are now in the correct order, after 5 years of tears!
What was her secret? Two quick answers: (A): Holy violence, force and (B): Controlling the spirit world! Be stubborn therefore about any issue confronting your life and ministry. Never give up! Forcefully is an attitude of determination and it is the violent that take their possession by force! Jesus cursed the fig tree and it died in the spirit realm immediately, but it took 24 hours for it to show in the physical realm! Beloved, stop crying! Stop fighting physical battles! Don't be lazy! Uproot the root in the spirit world and wait for your beautiful time! Refuse to live in frustration and malice! Rise and fight in the spirit. Don't die until you are dead. When we do what we can, God will do what we can't.
