DO NOT LOSE HOPE
Problems have a voice and they speak to us. When facing a problem, the first thing that will happen is to maintain a negative internal dialogue. For example, if your problem is not having a job, the internal voices will say: "You will not get", "At your age no one hires you", "You do not have the capacity to get anything good", "Maybe you have a good job but not they will pay you well "among those voices can be from people around you.
The problem wants to paralyze and remove hope, a person without hope loses the ability to act says: "I do not believe." "I've tried everything", "I have no strength", "I'm alone in this". Then the learned impotence syndrome starts up saying: "Nothing I do gives me results". This is the opposite of hope and he convinces himself that there will be no solution.
But all problems have a solution and we must find it but without hope it will not be possible, with hope there is the possibility of seeing the solution. A very famous musician, Pablo Casals still played the cello despite his advanced age and had a hard time doing it, once they asked him why he kept practicing even being famous and he answered: "Because I think I'm improving".
Michelangelo was painting the Sistine chapel and every time he came down from that ceiling, he only wanted to sleep because he was very tired, but he was anguished thinking that he could not get up, during those moments he wrote sonnets and when he finished one, he said: "Do not paint yourself" , so I'm going to learn, the next day I went up the stairs again recovering my strength when I started the task, Miguel Ángel never lost hope and although the problem spoke to him internally, he did not obey, that is to have hope.
Never lose hope because in Jesus Christ every problem has a solution, let's strive and whenever a problem arises, let's speak in our mind remembering the word of God, it is life and full of hope, it will guide us on the path of justice and peace. Our hope must always be in God, even in the most stormy moments of our lives, we must remember that he has promised that he will never forsake us
