Those who wait for the Lord will have new strength; they will raise wings like eagles; they will run, and they will not get tired; they will walk, and they will not tire.

At the dawn of the day he sent the manna from heaven, a complete food that gave strength for the day. Before the sun melted, each one had to collect what was necessary for the consumption of his family. In the same way, let's take the time each morning to read a portion of the Word of God, in order to discover day by day the attributes of Christ, his life of self-denial, his love for men. This will also be useful in our relationships with those around us. Let's do it before the day's occupations monopolize our time and our attention.
No one could make provisions for the next day, because the manna was not preserved. Daily contact with God is fundamental. It is not about accumulating knowledge, but about finding each day the strength that you want to give us.
The manna was never missing during the forty years of the journey of that numerous people through the desert of Sinai. Until we get to heaven, we can be sure that God will be faithful. When we converted, he did not give us a reserve of energy for our entire life, but he is continually at our disposal. Let us accustom ourselves to finding, in the inexhaustible source of their love, the renewed energy we need day after day.
@kenlys all of us are running a race where we find ourselves with limitations that tire us and sometimes we feel that we do not have the strength to fight against such circumstances but when we run not with our strength but supported by the immense strength of God the panorama changes
We must trust fully in God who has promised us to multiply our strength when we do not have any
