THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT IN CHRISTIAN FAITH
We should not allow physical things and human weaknesses to break us apart from the one and only meaningful thing that we have in common which is the unity of the spirit.
This we must proctect with all diligence.Colossians 4:10-18.
Brothers like Barnabas and Paul of a truth had conflict over the account of brother Mark, but it didn’t continue that way; not only that they reconciled but Paul recommended Barnabas to Churches in his remarks and farewell speeches; this is the true unity of the spirit that should be working consistently in every Christian life.
We shouldn’t be counting other people’s faults against them seeing that their weakness should be rather covered up by other members strength, forgiveness is not negotiable in Christian faith, we must forgive others if we must make any headway in our walk with God. The communion of the saints brings a tremendous comfort to our souls as believers, and apostle Paul enjoyed the dividend of such communion, to one he calls fellow-servants and to another he calls fellow-bond servant but all he referres as fellow-workers, endeavoring to promote the salvation of others and also working out their own salvation with fear and trembling. The the prevailing prayer is the fervent one which availeth much and must be rendered for the church of Jesus Christ all over the world.
The flattering and worldly hope, smiles and frowns of world that springs up from the spirit of error and self-love can only push men to preach and living a life which is so substandard and far short of fulfilling their eternal calling.
But they who preach the doctrine of Christ Jesus like apostle Paul, and follow his footsteps, may expect fulfillment in their calling and ministry. Amen.

Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister's son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;) And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis. Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you. Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea. And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.
