Born of God.
We should consider the characteristics in which a Christian who is born of God should possess.
You need to be born again. it is not enough to conclude that because you ”go to church you are born of God, Christ Himself knows the inward and outward, deep and shallow even the physical and the spiritual life of a man.
Christ understood the way of man that He said that many are called but few are chosen.
The many here symbolize Christians who are not born of God, the every Sunday chair and bench warmers who appear and show good face to ministers of God but with their heart, they are faraway from God. They appear with their physical, and hide their spiritual
life from God. Telling the world that they are perfect, having their own doctrine. Refusing God's instruction on how to serve Him (God).
John 3:7 (KJV) says Marvel not that I said unto you must be born again. The heart of man is so deep that even the nearest person to him can't speak who is spiritually born of God. No wonder the Bible said in John 3:8 (KJV) that the wind bloweth where it listeth. And thou hearest the sound therefore, but can't not tell where it cometh, and wither it goeth. So is every one that is not born ofthe spirit or born of God.
The few that are called are those who are totally born of God with all their life and received Christ into their heart and promised not to go back to the world.
This group surrenders their life to serve God according to God's instruction and because they believed that the life they have is from God. They live for God and God in return bless them physically and spiritually. What you need to do is to seek first the Kingdom of God. This group that are called few are absent from a single service on Sunday, they can't feel comfortable, because the inner man (Holy Spirit) who always search the mind of every human is there to pass judgment.
Therefore, return unto me sayest the Lord of Host and I will receive you as a Father. How can we labour here on earth and end up not gaining the kingdom of God? the kingdom of God is prepared for those who possess the character of the few and hundred percent in Christ. For this let everyone who is born of God always put effort to walk in the spirit and should not fulfill the lust of the flesh, for no man knoweth your ways but your heavenly Father. If you put God first and God will show you to the World. Conclusively, all who are in the house hold ofGod should ask themselves this question. is it not time that I am born of God?
