Orderliness is the hall mark of excellent.

I was glad when i saw the welcome post of the @Steemchurch international ministry made by @Darlenys01 detailing the leadership structure of the "Steemchurch Community titled. Explaining the restructuring of the steemchurch leadership after the great legend @Sirknight, the founder of @Steemchurch had handed over the leadership of the @Steemchurch to her.

The greatest dilemma in any organization is that they lack a good sense annually or seasonally restructuring her leadership structure. Now when a particular person or a group of people remain on the seat of authority for too long, the vision of that organization starts loosing relevance because the leaders are becoming obsolete in the vision.

Two captains cannot control one both at a given time. If that happens, there is bond to be a problem because different people have different intent and desires at different times. I will like us to understand that one to the uniqueness of man which make him different from every other creation is his ability to regulate the things around him.

We must always work with excellence even if the winds seem contrary, we do not know at what moment the King of the universe can change history.
I have been preparing an organizational structure to work in an integral way as a single body in Christ, also that there is a fusion between the church and the use of technological tools, personally I think that a future not too distant the revolution of the blockchain technology will mark social footprints, and we will remember our first virtual steps until we reach the physical world.

The above words were like a fire in my bones like Jeremiah said of the gospel. See Jeremiah 20:9

There came a time in my few days of engaging the #steem #blockchain especially @Steemchurch because it looked as if they were a community with no values. A salvage point for anyone to just come up and present anything just to get rewards to suite their selfish interest. But my hope and passion came back to life when I first saw this earth shaking publication on the @Steemchurch blog.

In my little knowledge of what a church is, i think that the church should be the most organized institution in the world because we are led by the most organized being of all times Christ Himself.

1 Corinthians 14:33&40 (NKJV)
For God is not the author of [a]confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. 40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

God never made the mistake of creating plants and animals first before calling forth light, that would have been the highest height disorderliness. When Jesus was about the feed the five and even the four thousand, He started by telling His disciples to order the people to get seated. Impact and exploit in ministry is multiplied when excellence and orderliness is at work.

WE WANT A HEALTHY CHURCH, WHICH WILL RESULT FRUCTIFY FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.

Even exploit can be limited when there is no orderliness.

Permit me to borrow the words of our great mother and leader @Darlenys01 on what an healthy church is suppose to be.

What is a healthy church?
• Built on the rock: The Church
• Hearing the Word of God: Expository preaching
• The whole truth about God: Biblical theology
• The good news of God: The gospel
• A true change: The conversion
• Reaching the lost: Evangelization
• Committing each other: The membership of the church
• Keeping one another: Discipline in the church.
• Growing together: Discipleship in the church
• Guiding one another: The leadership of the church

When a man has Christ, wisdom naturally gains expression in his or her life by default. So a growing church is not one that welcomes members into the building on a daily basis, but one that has a track records of her member, knowing all about her members.

Jesus said my sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me no church leader can ever be too sure of a member he doesn't know his/her name. Jesus said i call them by name and they answer me and i give them eternal life.

The @Steemchurch will only end up wasting her resources if no proper account is made for every member of her body. Remember that we are all one body in Christ Jesus. Note one in Christ Jesus meaning that anyone who doesn't find himself in Christ is not a member of the body and there is no two ways about it.
