The anguish is since we are born, God has the answer

Many today are victims of fear, anxiety, and worry because they do not provide for themselves the necessary spiritual nourishment. Most people do not forget to feed their body but forget to feed their soul.

We are condemned to live a dreary life from birth. Since we were born crying, we have expressed cries of anguish and sadness throughout our lives. A very sad representation!

When we learn to talk and walk, we have a short period of innocence, but this feeling is only a flower of a day.

After growing up, we have to choose in what way we want to live. Maybe we are happy with our current situation, and willing to be an ordinary man; perhaps we choose to stay away from the world and live a quiet life or maybe we prefer to achieve success and fame to live in glory ... However, no matter what path we choose, in the end no one can escape the sad fate.

After all, the sad destiny of man has never changed. We all have weddings and funerals, we enjoy joy, we are busy working to earn money, we suffer hardship, only to feel empty and helpless.

Romans 6:23 says: "For the wages of sin is death, [...]". Sin leads to death, not only of the flesh, but of the soul.

Therefore, when we know the existence of sin, should we do nothing more than give free rein to its propagation? Of course not! "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not be lost, but may have eternal life. Because God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved by Him "(John 3: 16-17). Our Lord Jesus Christ came into the world as a man to be the sin offering, and delivered us from our sins, so that we would not be destroyed by them. When we are at the end of our wits and we feel empty and helpless, we have the comfort and mercy of the Lord, and His forgiveness. Is not this the greatest grace for us?

However, grace can not resolve our sinful nature. The sin offering of our Lord Jesus Christ only freed us from being executed, according to the law, for our sins, but that does not mean that our sinful inner nature has been purified. Our behavior and heart are still in bitterness and perplexity. Only the judgment of God in the last days can truly purify us. The Bible says: Hebrews 9: 27-28, "Just as it is decreed that men die once, and after this, judgment, so also Christ, having once been offered to bear the sins of many, will appear for the second time, without relation to sin, for the salvation of those who anxiously await him. " 1 Peter 4:17, "For it is time for judgment to begin at the house of God; [...] "And John 12: 47-48," If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; because I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. He who rejects me and does not receive my words, has someone to judge him; the word that I have spoken, that will judge him on the final day. " In addition, in the Apocalypse, John had a vision of the last days, "And the voice that I had heard from heaven, I heard it again speaking with me, and saying: Go, take the book that is open in the hand of the angel that he is standing on the sea and on the earth. Then I went to the angel and told him to give me the little book. And he said to me: Take it and give it back; it will embitter your insides, but in your mouth it will be sweet like honey. I took the little book from the angel's hand and devoured it, and it was sweet in my mouth like honey; and when I ate it, it embittered my insides "(Revelation 10: 8-10).

From this, we understand that to fully resolve our sinful nature, God does the work of judgment beginning in the house of God on the basis of the work of redemption of the Lord Jesus. The work of God's judgment in the last days is to open the "little book" of the Apocalypse for us, humanity, and bring us the way of eternal life by casting aside our sinful nature and achieving purification and salvation.

Paying very little attention to their spiritual nourishment, they wear out little by little and do not have the strength to control or influence their mind, which is causing havoc in their lives.

Prayer is effective and powerful, capable of eliminating the anxiety, fear and worries of the mind of anyone who practices it. But we must have faith that God hears our prayers because we believe in Him, and we know that He loves us, listens to us, and wants to help us.

James 1: 5

"And if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But ask with faith, not doubting anything, because the one who doubts is similar to the wave of the sea, which is dragged by the wind and thrown from one part to another. "

Therefore, if you do not have faith, ask God, because he has promised that if we ask we will receive.

When we have anxiety, fear, or worry, a wonderful biblical verse is the following:

Isaiah 26: 3

"You will keep in complete peace the one whose thought in you perseveres; because in you he has trusted. "

John 14:27

"Peace I leave you, my peace I give you. I do not give it to you as the world gives it. Not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid".

Read and meditate on these words. They are words of life and peace. Faith and prayer are very powerful. Millions of people have experienced it. There is no drug, sedative, or sedative that can be compared to faith in Almighty God and prayer.

The only thing that can give us peace and security in our life is Jesus.

Certainly prayer and meditation on God helps us to really understand this great truth that you express in this post @marialara.
Good reflection, God bless you
