About 5 years ago I went to New York City as I was invited to speak in a church there. We were to have 8 meetings in 7 days. I went with my friend David, who was a great companion whenever I travelled for ministry. Preaching was not his strong point, but he was great at the altar praying for people.
When we arrived on the first night, the worship had already started. We had arrived perhaps an hour early and the church was already engaged in worship. The worship leader was a beautiful young Jamaican lady. Upon our arrival we were troubled about one thing. This beautiful worship leader was very busty. She had about 6 inches of cleavage showing and she was bouncing all over the place. All of the young boys were lined up in the front rows. Their eyes were wide open! They were not engaged in worship, but they were watching the maiden.
Immediately I got with the pastor and asked if we could speak privately. I had never met this Pastor, or anyone in this church. Just an invitation through word of mouth. When we got back in the office. I expressed my concerns about this sexy show, labeled as worship to a Holy God. I requested that the pastor have this girl cover up. I was completely ready to get in my car and return home 345 mikes away.
The good news is the Pastor spoke with the worship leader. The worship leader did not get offended and put on a shawl to cover up. Turns out this young lady was also truly gifted in leading people into intimate worship with Jehovah God.
We had some of the most amazing services I have ever been part of. The presence of God was so tangible the services, most lasted 7 hours. Almost everyone never sat down in their seats the entire time. The atmosphere was electric with the anticipation of what God would do next. All of the gifts of the Spiirt were active. One night a young man possessed with 600 or more demons was delivered without one person casting them out. THE MANIFEST PRESENCE OF GOD! No demon will stay around when God shows brings heaven to earth.

Our God is Holy!

It seems the number one need in the church and the world is a revelation of the Holiness of God. Every man or woman of God that had this revelation had a similar response. Each of these individuals had a peculiar and solid walk with God, I believe, as a result of this revelation. The Holiness of God! What was this response?

Feminine of H3373; fear (also used as infinitive); morally reverence: - X dreadful, X exceedingly, fear (-fulness).

I fell like a dead man, my strength left me, heart melted like wax, I said, "Woe is me". People like Isaiah, Daniel, Jacob, Paul and John (Apostles).

This revelation of the Holiness of God produces the fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom. This revelation shows His perfection verses our imperfections. This incredible light shows our own darkness.

The scripture says, Psa 93:5 "Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever."
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Heb 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Without this Holiness no man shall see God!

Notice the reference in Ephesians. True Holiness! This means there is a false Holiness. This false Holiness is our own version of goodness. Outward goodness. Good behavior. "I am a good person".

When the scripture says, there is none righteous, no not one.
True Holiness is an inward work. It is when God changes you on the inside and, as a result, you walk in true Holiness on the outside. This kind of Holiness cannot be compromised based on our circumstances. We are new on the inside, so we show that newness by our words, actions, things we let our eyes gaze upon and where our thoughts dwell.
The beginning is a revelation of His Holiness!

The beginning is a revelation of His Holiness!
If we ever think we will see God, we must know and possess His Holiness. A revelation of the only true God, who is a Consuming Fire, Who dwells in unapproachable light.
Lord, please give me a new revelation of your Holiness! Amen!
