In the Beginning God Spoke and made everything out of nothing (ex nihilo)

The Creator of all things is God the Son, Jesus Christ. Creation was a joint effort of rh Godhead, but we must know that Jesus was no ordinary man, he was and is Emmanuel, God with us. He is the Living Word and He holds all things together by the Word of His Power.

Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

He holds all things together by His Word

Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

When God spoke and created the heavens and the earth, He became the foundation and the One that determines the rules, the way, redemption, life and death, how things are to be. These things are solely determined by Him. We have a choice to build on the only thing that will last or choose a life apart from His Ways. We will either reap the benefits or the consequences of what is freely available to all, but rejected by many.

When there was nothing anywhere, God spoke.

I think it is interesting that many scientists, many of whom don’t believe in God. They are looking for what they have named “THE GOD PARTICLE”. They know there is something they cannot see or detect. They know it has to be there, but have not yet found a way to measure or see it.

To reach the goal and the reason for our existence we must get on the winning team, following the instructions of the Leader. He is the Word of God (Jesus Christ)
