Act 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

God is not interested in our huge cathedrals and beautiful churches, temples or anything built by human hands.

What God is interested in is to find a humble and contrite heart, someone who trembles at His Word!
A jar of clay that He can put His Presence, His Peace and His Rest.
God chooses to live with the lowly of heart!
He resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.
He loves to take the foolish things of this world and confound the wise.
The weak to show His strength!

He is not impressed with our looks, our Ph.D., our intelligence or physical strength.
A humble heart, a person of faith, a person who is nothing in their own eyes and and the eyes of man. This person can walk with God, become His dwelling place. A place where God rests, makes His Home, reveals His Treasures. This person is God's friend! There is True Love, Righteousness, Peace and Joy!

Isa 66:1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
Isa 66:2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
Joh 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Our faith interests God. Our believing on His Son and the finished Work on the cross. Our belief in the bodily resurrection from the dead. In the end, we must approach God in the way He prescribes. A person who knows their God will have a knowledge greater than any of His Character and Ways.

Psa 103:7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
