Wisdom begins with you having a full and proper understanding of who God is, who you are and who you are not.
There are laws and principles that must be adhered to if you are to succeed in marriage, parenting, friendship, personal finances, career and time management.
It is within the context of these life rules that you find
wisdom. They form the decision-making process.
Through the years and diferrent phases of life, you have stumbled upon some of these laws and principles. Some of you have may learned the hard way. You may have been exposed to these laws and principles by learning from the wisdom of your parents and teachers.
How do you expect to be a success in life if you are unwilling to surrender to the Author of life Himself?. How do you expect to make wise decisions as regards to your family, marriage, love life, and career if you are unwilling to submit totally to the leading of the One who knows more than you ever will?
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Proverbs 9:10

Wisdom begins when we recognise who God is and then we respond to Him in faith accordingly and surrender. Once you surrender, God is more than happy to reveal more and more of Himself to you. And as you discover more and more of the Father's character and nature, you gain greater understanding of the His has creations.
Your expanded understanding leads to you having an improved ability to choose wisely. True wisdom begins with you having a proper recognition of who God is coupled with a proper response of surrender.
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5
