Welcome to the New Steem, where a 100% downvote by a whale with almost 1 million SP can be done without a care or consequence to those struggling to gain traction on Steemit, removing curation rewards from the Steemchurch community. Promotion services on Steemit no longer offer any financial incentives, which is fine for the end-user, but it does offer a greater reward for curators.
