God knows that when once His word is settled in heaven, the earth and its inhabitant which includes me and you must surely experience it as long as it is accessed and commanded in FAITH. All you need is to access the realm from which the word has the authority to be fulfilled in your life and here on earth in spite of the challenges and limitations of this realm and in your life.When God settled His word in heaven, He didn't take permission from your challenges or the limitations of this realm to do so. He settled it because He is God.
