God Forms a Leader for His Purpose

Thinking about what @sirknight has done in @steemchurch and how quickly it has expanded, I have analyzed ferviertemente how God forms and uses a leader for his purposes.

Leadership is not casual. Leader in the hands in the hands of God has purpose.

"Leadership is pain and brokenness, a leader is exposed to loneliness and betrayal, Leadership is to rise from the dust of the earth and look to the future with hope."

God is who created us, and is forming us day by day not for my purpose or purposes of others but for God's. And because he has that in his hands I can count on his company.

Even if my father and mother abandon me, the Lord will receive me in his arms. Psalm 27:10

Safe and Firm

For this reason I suffer from these sufferings. But I am not ashamed, because I know who I have believed in, and I am sure that he has the power to keep until that day what I have entrusted to him. 2 Timothy 1:12

If the divine purpose is clear then I know that God will never disappoint me.

In you our parents trusted us; they trusted, and you delivered them, they cried to you, and you saved them; They leaned on you, and you did not defraud them. Psalm 22: 4-5

To Jeremiah he said: Before I formed you in your mother's womb, I chose you and gave you a prophet to the nations. Jeremiah 1. That shows me that the Lord is training us every day and he uses people, events and circumstances to mold us.

A leader is actually a servant in the hands of God

"IF YOUR ACTIONS INSPIRES OTHERS TO DREAM MORE, LEARN MORE, DO MORE AND BE BETTER, YOU ARE A LEADER"

Being a leader with a purpose requires a break in the dizzying career that we get used to every day, pressed by the sensation of what is urgent and imminent. This daily rush leaves us at the end of the day with the feeling that, despite what we have achieved, we would like to be in a different place, to live a different life; and with the intuition that we are capable of creating something bigger, something that goes beyond the known until now, something that gives a passionate meaning to our lives, something that inspires others in a forceful way.

The proposal to be Leaders with a Purpose is an invitation to allow us to think about what we really want for our lives and dare to create that reality without excuses and with an unbreakable commitment. It is to have the confidence that we do not need to wait to transform the world in order to recognize ourselves as leaders. It focuses on the ability we have as human beings, to take care that the things we want to happen happen in our lives. It is a provocation to leave the role of secondary character who lives at the mercy of the circumstances and take the determination to become protagonists of the movie of our life or even better, to be the scriptwriters of the story. And ultimately, is to permanently seek shared welfare, understanding that the best way to create the reality we want, is to support others to create the reality they want. A vision of a world that works for everyone.

There are people who are innate leaders formed by God to fulfill their great purpose, very well said when we think about one, we simply think of @ Sirknight.

Moses called them, one by one. Shammua, Shaphat, Caleb, Igal, Hoshea (or Joshua), Palti, Gaddiel, Gaddi, Ammiel, Sethur, Nahbi, Geuel!
Their heads held high, these 12 men chosen as leaders for God's people, were honored for a lifetime of work, a lifetime of integrity, and a lifetime of courage. The applause must have been sweet to many of them, if not every one of them.
We already know the rest of the story, how 10 out of the 12 would fail miserably in their leadership role. Only Caleb and Joshua would lead with courage and God-led conviction. Before we get to the failures of the 10, however, focus on the truth of the honor. It is a great honor to be chosen as a leader among God's people.

A leader must be a man of God in character and life. (Jer 9: 23-24) "What a man is has to be present long before what he does". A spiritual leader gives what is abundant in him and not the residue that has inside, if what goes beyond what enters the result will be a fall and failure.

A pioneer must take care of business of God in character and life. (Jer 9: 23-24) "What a man is must be available well before what he does". An otherworldly pioneer gives what is plentiful in him and not the buildup that has inside, if what goes past what enters the outcome will be a fall and disappointment.
