CALL TO SERVE
Many of Us only remember there's a God when we are in trouble or hard times. God lives everyday so we should always seek and work with him.
In John 10:3 Scripture says "To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out". You can't be God's sheep when you've refused to accept him as your Shepherd. You can only hear the voice of the Shepherd when you are humble and ready to be His Shepherd. Jesus is the Good Shepherd and He leads our every step when we choose to be His sheep.
In Romans 8:30, scripture says "and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified". We can only be justified when we accept God's call. We can only see God's Glory when we follow Christ daily even in trials and difficult moments.
In Ephesians 4:1, scripture says " Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called". You can't be called when you are not humble. We have to live a life that is worthy of God's call. God only call those who has an open and listening mind. We should always pay attention to God's voice so we can know whenever He has called us to perform His Duty.
In Conclusion, " Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and those who called by Christ are His Sheep, He will lead us through the right path and as the Good Shepherd He will protect, guide and lead us to eternal life "
