Meditation is something I need to incorporate again in my life, we all get so busy and forget sometimes. Thanks for the reminder!
So true baby. In today's world people are rushing around everywhere and never take the time to quiet themselves down so that they can hear God's voice.
It's an odd topic, as the Lord has said he doesn't agree with meditation as it's time wasted. Something Archbishop Donnie of the EOC brought to us long ago. If one can meditate with nature and what is around them in a different way other than just remaining still and letting the world slip by, then maybe that is more acceptable.
If you are racing around a million miles an hour then it is impossible to hear God.
I enjoy thinking and then putting those thoughts into action!
