take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God Ephesians 6:17

The helmet in the armor of a soldier, was what protected his head, one of the most important things that had an armor. We are talking about the physical head.

In the Armor of God, the helmet is a spiritual cover, what protects is our mind. We start from the basis that we are talking about people born again as a holy nation to please God, and that of course their mind is given to the spirit.

When we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are receiving all that God had prepared to give us.

What does the Yelmo protect us from?

The helmet protected another vital part of the body of the men who fought; In our heads are born ideas and thoughts, we capture the inner world and the outside to give shape and meaning to our sensations.

We already know that the main battlefield is there in mind. That is why we must affirm that "we have the mind of Christ" ... and for that we must mature every day in his presence, taking captive and casting out every evil thought that can harm us.

But we, who are of the day, are sober, having clothed ourselves with the breastplate of faith and love, and with the hope of salvation as a helmet. 1 Thessalonians 5: 8

THE SOLUTION

We must understand once and for all that our walk with the Lord is true, that our lives are straight to God, that we seek to make peace wherever we go, that we raise that shield of faith to extinguish the fiery darts of the enemy that he wants to destroy everything that comes from God, that we protect our minds from fears and anxieties and that we use the word of God effectively in the power of the Holy Spirit.
