Greetings my fellow steemians and members of the #steem church. Today, I would like to write Christ’s ultimate message given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the message of love. This is the most widely misconstrued message in Christianity because as much as we preach it, we still manage to pass the wrong message.
Let me clarify what I mean by wrong message. By wrong message. I mean how many times have you had a predetermined view about a person based on what you heard or a particular choice a person made?? Or how many times have you treated a person differently because he was not a Christian worse, if we were not a Christian of your denomination?
The truth is you might have not but you definitely have someone who you know who has a stereotypical view of a certain group of people and this makes it bad, and wrong because by so doing, we limit the love that we extend to them. We must learn, as Christians, to see everyone with the same eyes as God sees us all. We can only love one another but leave God to be the judge for all.

In the book of first Corinthians, apostle Paul makes us understand that if we claim to have all the gifts of the Holy Spirit without love in our hearts, then we are just noisemakers. This goes to show that love, the greatest gift of all, is what we should strive and yearn for daily in our lives. We should show love to those who have little or nothing to offer us, we should show love to our subordinates as we treat our equals or those above us.
We should learn to love our neighbors without condition. Learn to love those around you without judging them for their life choices.
When Jesus came to the earth he explained to his disciples that love superceeds all the previous commandments. If we have love for God and our neighbours, there are certain things that we will avoid.

The reason Christianity must build our lifestyle on God’s mercy in Jesus Christ is that the whole point of Christianity is to glorify the mercy of God in Christ. We exist to put the glory of God’s mercy in Christ on display. So Paul spends 11 chapters opening the mercy of God in the work of Christ, and then says, “therefore” build your lives on this. Live a life that shows this! That’s why you exist.
This is amazing, I mean, sometimes people tend to claim Christianity, but the thing is, they think they are better than those that are not, Christianity and godliness means doing the right thing, showing love and helping people in need no matter the situation. We must however pratice what we claim for this is true godliness
Thanks for the moral lessons. Indeed we should not conclude with the words people say about a particular person. We should every one thesame the way God see us.
As for me i love to see bedore i believe.
As a Christian love should originate from us uninhibitedly not by drive, I adore this part. We should figure out how to love our neighbors without condition. Figure out how to love everyone around you without passing judgment on them for their life decisions.

When we love, we fulfilled the first commandment of God. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your strength" the second is like the first commandment, "love your neighbor as yourself"
we need to love God and our neighbors no matter how hard or difficult they are to us, we are commanded to love them without condition.
