The official proposal has been selected from the eligible pool of proposals from the results post. Thanks to all players that contributed to these proposals. The following proposal has been selected based on the selection rules. All players now have the next 24 hours to voice their vote in favor or against the proposal.

An Addition to Gameplay:

By paying one LAND, a player may choose to ANCHOR LAND at a particular position. This makes that land position immune to removal by other rules.
