Our life all depend upon breathing If we stop breathing we are dead. I remember we used to go for a morning walk with my parents while I was a kid and that was to take fresh air. But nowadays we all got much busy in our works that we aren't able to manage our health.

This is a useful game to make us healthy by doing the breathing exercise. The more we will put our lungs on work. BTW this exercise will be more beneficial if it is done outside in the fresh air. :)
