For thousands of years chocolate has been a cultural obsession. So much so that it's been used as a currency of sorts. Over time, the "race to the bottom" has taken what was once an artforfm and turned it into something that is more sugar and other ingredients than actual fine chocolate the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
If you've not experienced a single origin craft Chocolate bar, you really owe it to yourself to try. They're not widely available leaving true chocolate afficianados to turn to the internet to get their fix.
