Folding@home (FAH or F@h) is a distributed computing project for disease research where regular individuals like us and corporations can share their idle computing resources to simulate protein folding in the quest for disease discovery.
Through this process of protein folding, computational drug design and molecular dynamics, we are able to enhance our understanding of the factors that cause diseases and potential treatment pathways.

Thousands of people from around the world contribute to the success of this project by running the Folding@home app when they are done with the use of their personal computers at the end of the day.
