Pros:

• Cool It has a slick and very easy-to-use companion app.
• I like it because it tracks nine different health parameters.
• Doesn't require users to input data or keep track of food intake.
• It tracks heart rate 24/7 which is amazing.

Cons:

• The design looks heavy and bulky.
• Users need to wear it all the time to get accurate data.
