We all know GIPHY great curation of GIFs that are available there.Now GIPHY is out to the new app."GIPHY SAYS" is an app that records the video of you and convert whatever you say into animated text overlays on screen.The app is really fun to use and you can swipe left or right on camera screen to shoose between different types of text overlays for your videos.You can then share your creations with frame and over social media.
PROS:-
1)It is free.
2)User friendly interface.
Cons:-
1)Only avalible for ios.
