So, this program allows you to download web-sites for offline usage.
And after finishing you will be able to browse the downloaded site offline.
The relative link-structure of the site will be preserved.
Well, personally I downloaded recently "PhpStorm" documentation, because I didn't find an option to download its documentation on their web-site (they only have online documentation).
This program has a lot of options but personally I just click the "Next" button all the time.
You will need to enter project name, then enter a folder where you want to store the website you are interested in and a URL-address and then click "Finish" to start the process.
It's available for Windows and Linux.
