Pros :

• this is a very unique application especially for those with issues on their sleeping habits
  -it can tract the quality of sleeping hours
• it provides information about any activity that interrupts your sleep hours
  -it has a very useful alarm feature to help you get up early in the morning.
• you can still access it even on airplane mode

Cons :
None that I can think of.
