Stress is a very serious issue in our life nowadays, everyone facing stress every day. Even myself have my work stress, life stress, relationship stress and etc. Sometimes, when I stress but I didn't know. Therefore, I started to look for a solution to relieve my stress via swimming, going out to the park for a walk, exercising, yoga and etc.
One day, I was reading an article and stumble upon Pigment. It attracted me to download Pigment and try to relieve my stress. When I'm colouring, it reminds me of my childhood when I use my colour pencil to just colour.
It helps me to relieve my stress, I would recommend you to get Apple Pencil for the colouring because it is not as enjoyable as using your finger to colour. I love colour as it represents a vibrant.
