Cruise Control is a tool that is written in Java and is very popular among the DevOps specialists. It can be called as an alternative for Jenkins and it almost does everything that Jenkins is capable of doing. The dashboard in the tool is pretty good and helps in showing the information that we exactly need.
Like Jenkins, you have to facility to trigger build online and monitor the build and see how it is progressing. There is a great web-based error log viewer that can show you the complete log of the procress. Like other CI tools, there is also a feature available to include plugins to your tool to make it do many interesting tasks.
The application is improving day by day and trying to meet the expectation of the devops experts. But for people who don't find the other CI tools comfortable, this can be a great heal.
