This is not an electric bike. This is a 2002 “velomobiel”, which basically is a bike you can lay in (Dutch term).
Only the company who bought the Mango (Sinner Bikes) and has produced it for several years already, recently added an e-bike engine option (assisted pedaling, even not a fully automatic engine). Check out the PDF linked on their website. The Mango is $6,000 without engine. Just a highly optimized aerodynamic shell and construction. Yet, almost two decades old (as a brand) and even older as concept.
This is a “velomobiel”.
