What does the Acre Smarthome Series provide?
A smart home with high technology, no energy, friendly environment, and certainly not forgetting the beauty and comfort of the house.

• Fresher Air
  
  The Acre energy recovery ventilator is able to attract fresh air with a heat exchange system, so that fresh air supply is available as well.

• Natural Light
  
  High CRI LEDs implementation allows you to save energy.

• Warm Home
  
  With the application of SIPS on the walls and roof of the house, keeps the house warm even in places with the super extreme weather.

• Low Maintenance = Low Cost
  
  Simplified mechanical systems and Standing seam metal roofs able to reduce maintenance and of course the cost to be incurred.

Technology Implementation

As a Smarthouse Acre Design applies various advanced technologies such as:

• Energy
  
  Acre Smarthouse uses PV systems range from 5 to 10+kW. The system can also be upgraded to support EV charging. In addition, the optional Powerwall2 Battery from Tesla ensures the availability of backup power.

• Security & Access
  
  The August smart lock for keyless entry.
  Motion sensors, window sensors, and door sensors are implemented in conjunction with web notifications, which can ensure the home remains secure from intruders.

• Automation
  
  Acre Smarthome is able to respond to your needs. The door will be locked at 10:00 (adjustable), the light will turn on automatically during the dark, and all the features of Loxone's partnership provide innovative energy management, security, and high comfort.

• Check Home At any time and From Anywhere
  
  Integration with web and smartphone allows you to check your home status, and change the status (on / off) of various features. Is the door locked ?, Are the AC, the lights, the stove, and other appliances are on ?. Full control is on hand.

The smart home design given by Acre is really great. However, today we live in a time of global warming, so a new concept is needed to save the earth.
