After a few hours of time hunting down innovative products, I met "MARY", a child-friendly portable gadget, that could monitor their health at any time.

What can MARY check?

  • Body temperature. If the body temperature suddenly rises dramatically, you can immediately find out.
  • Breathing pressure. For children with shortness of breath, need special protection.
  • Child movement. Observing child growth is very important.

Various data that has been checked by MARY will be reported in real-time to your parent's Smartphone (Android, iOS) device. This ensures the baby's condition is always in a state fit, and if something is not normal, parents can immediately find out.

    Pros:

    Indeed sometimes we as parents less understand the symptoms experienced by our baby, lack of knowledge be the main reason in my opinion.
    But after finding MARY I think there's no reason we do not know the condition of our own baby. because with high-end sensors we can know the body temperature and breathing of our baby.

      Pros:

      • Can check and give insights about some body statistics like temperature
      • Can easily be hidden in cloths or similar things

      Cons:

      • Do we really need all this information about our children?

        Pros:

        • Tons of useful advantage for the security of ones child
        • Ideal for parents who have hectic schedules
        • Helps monitor the health condition
        • There is an alarm to notify you if something unpleasant happen

        Cons:

        • None that I can see, such a great app. Gives more time to take care of the kids.

        Pros:

        • Cute appearance. A child would love to have it.
        • Provides data of child's Breathing, body Temperature and Movements.
        • Warning alarm in case of parameters(B, T, M) offset.
        • No side effect or any kind of harmful radiations.

        Cons:

        • Treatable like a toy, this could cause damage and data loss.

          Here's my review for this hunt :

          Pros:

          • a smart fashion wearable that looks after the health of your children.
            -It monitors body temperature, breathing and movement.
          • designed for parents and for children.
            -It contains high-end sensors that are able to track body temperature, breathing and movement
            -This data can be accessed through a smart phone app (for Android and IOS) and if wanted an alarm can be set on, when anything abnormal happens.
          • has no additional radiation and uses medical sensors

          Cons:
          This is a very helpful product.

            This is amazing and can save even lifes!

            Pros:

            • Can check the Body temperature.
            • Can check how the child is breathing
            • Can check how the child is moving (how much movement in what time)
            • You can hide all this in a soft toy :)

            Cons:

            • Not really a con, but more soft toys would be nice :)

              Pros:
              -More information to monitor our children
              Cons:
              1-Information overload seems like a real issue

              • Do we really want to be at this level of watching our children. I feel like is is not cool at all to hover this closely over our children. Children these days need to be given more, not less, freedom to be themselves, and I'm concerned a device like this is going to train parents to be yet more intense in their supervision and hovering over their kids.
                Overall a thumbs down by me.
