    I have been using this program for a couple of years now, and love it. I have a friend who lives in Chicago who I help out all the time with his computer issues, being able to get into his computer is so easy with this program. I use the free version, and that's probably all anyone will ever need, thanks for the hunt!

    Pros:

    • It is a very helpful tool to access another computer remotely to fix errors, add application and monitor a network
    • it saves time and effort when resolving technical issues
    • ability to connect people across the globe through internet

    Cons :

    None; this is an awesome tool

        Pros:

        • It gives us access remotely to any desktop computers or devices which are connected via this app
        • This helps me explain my further instructions and programs to my clients
        • I can even control my desktop computer using my iOs phone which you say, so perfect!!
        • It’s very free like everyone can use it
        • It has a very easy steps to connect to any remote desktop

        Cons:

        • No cons at the moment since this is the best or the coolest remote control app to any desktop computers!!
